Linda is a mother of two adult sons and a teenage daughter, a piano teacher, naturopath and natural health specialist. Linda trained with the Naturopathic College of NZ completing her diploma in 2003 studying naturopathy, reflexology and massage. She then undertook further study in reflexology completing a Diploma of Reflexology mid 2008.

Modalities include naturopathy, reflexology, chakra balance reflexology, relaxation massage, foot joint mobilisation, turn back time facial massage, head heaven (face and scalp massage with ear reflexology) and infrared body wrap. Areas of interest include digestive problems i.e. irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, women's health issues i.e. premenstrual syndrome, menopause, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility and stress and depression.

Linda's approach is to treat the whole person through hands on therapies and/or rebalancing the body systems with the use of homeobotanical remedies (www.herbalenergy.co.nz) , tissue salts and other supplements as required via kinesiology, iridology, face and tongue analysis and analysing symptoms presented by the client. Further information is provided including dietary advice, exercise suggestions and lifestyle changes as necessary. Her goal is to educate, empower and encourage the client to achieve the very best health possible by implementing healthy food choices, life balance techniques and encouraging a positive holistic life approach. Clients range from babies through to the elderly.

Babies and children to twelve years of age can come for a one off FREE half hour consultation.

Linda’s hours are:
Mondays 11 am – 1.30 pm
Tuesdays 11 am – 1.30 pm, 6.30 pm – 9 pm
Wednesdays 1.30 pm – 4 pm
Thursdays 11 am – 1.30 pm
Fridays 1.30 pm – 6.30 pm
Saturdays 11 am – 4 pm
